Rental Policies & Facilities

Thank you for choosing to stay with us at The Swiss. Below are our rental policies and procedures and please do read them. As our guests, by reading and signing your registration card at check-in or by booking a reservation on our website, you are agreeing to abide by our policies and procedures.

BOOKINGS:

Bookings may be made online at our website.

Full payment (non refundable) must be made at the time of booking. We accept payment by Visa, AMEX orMastercard credit/debit cards. The available payment options are displayed during the booking process on our website.

Once your booking has been successfully completed, a Booking Confirmation will be issued in respect of your booking and sent to the email address you provided. Please produce your Booking Confirmation(s) upon check-in , together with your original valid photo identification document (national registration identity card, passport, driver’s license or other identification card or document as required). If you do not receive your Booking Confirmation(s) within twenty-four (24) hours from the time of booking, please contact us via our website (Please refer to Contact Us).

CASH PAYMENT:

If you choose to pay with cash, you will be required to pay the full amount of the room, including taxes and fees at time of check-in.

CHECK-IN:

Check-in time is any time after 1.00 PM. Requests for early check-in & late check-out will be handled based on availability at the time of check-in. Should you need to confirm an earlier arrival than the standard check-in time or a departure later than noon, please contact the us in advance.

CHECK-OUT:

Check-out is at 12.00 PM. If you require a later check-out, please contact us at time of check in and we will do our best to accommodate your request. A charge may apply, depending on availability.Exceeding check-out times without notifying the front desk in advance can result in extra charges, including, but not limited to, late check-out fees and/or an extra night’s charges being applied to your bill.

Early Departure Policy: All departures prior to date agreed at time of booking/check-in will be non refundable.

OCCUPANCY POLICY:

Please note that the maximum number of occupants is four (4) persons. Please contact us if you have any special requirements.

PET POLICIES:

All pets are prohibited on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

All room reservations have to be booked and paid in advance. No refunds will be made in ase of cancellation or early departure.

LOST AND FOUND POLICY:

The ‘Swiss’ is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items.

DAMAGE:

You are liable for any damage howsoever caused to the allocated room(s) or to the premises or property caused by you or any persons in your party (whether or not staying at the premise) during your stay. The Swiss reserves the right to retain your credit card and/or debit card details and charge or debit such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem fit on the said card(s) to compensate or make good the loss, damage, costs or expenses incurred or suffered by the Swiss as a result of the aforesaid.

SMOKING POLICIES:

Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.

AGE RESTRICTIONS:

Guests must be 21 years or older to check in without a parent or legal guardian.

NO IN-ROOM PARTY POLICY:

The Havelock City management strictly enforces a NO PARTY POLICY to ensure that fellow residents are not disturbed. However, in the event of a function we suggest you use the facilities of the common club house. Please feel free to ask for further details. The clubhouse provides a common & private areas for functions as well as a karaoke room for your entertainment.

HOUSE KEEPING SERVICE:

We provide housekeeping service everyday between the hours of 10AM to 4:00 PM for an additional fee of $10 USD per day if required.
